In 2000, Grasi’s Manor house was converted to a hotel. Here the
children can develop skills such as cooking, catering, hotel
management and foreign language practice.
The income from the hotel covers its running costs and provides
another arena in which the teenagers can develop there skills and
interests. Possible future profits will be reinvested into
children’s projects. We offer an insight into hotel working life
though it is not our intention to become a training centre.
